This last week and a half has been extremely unusual for Denver area weather - we've gotten rain almost every day (not to mention the hailstorm from hell). Generally, rain isn't such a bad thing around here.
Today, however, I returned from downtown to discover that there had been *another* hailstorm (while I was away thankfully). In addition, the area behind my condo complex is flooded badly. There is a river of water and a waterfall in the back marsh area where none previously existed. Part of the sidewalk has either collapsed or been washed away completely. One of the parking lots is flooded and a couple of cars were half submerged.
Yikes!
