All the Perl that's Practical to Extract and Report
It seems that Eclipse and CVS 1.11.9 don't get along so well. You can connect to your repository, but there's nothing under HEAD.
Thankfully, this is fixed in the latest integration build. So, either upgrade your Eclipse or downgrade your CVS. :)
