I had my first walkthrough today for the condo that I'm buying. Wee! I'm getting pretty excited. Finally a place that I *own*. Finally a real kitchen!
It's a really nice place in Littleton. High quality construction. There were no major problems - the bedroom windows needed some adjusting was the most serious thing. I close next week - I'm psyched!
