Bah, that's tame. I saw a fantastic episode of Mr. Show with Bob and David that had a performance artist trying to defecate on the American flag, but couldn't, and sued because he claimed the pattern of the flag was designed in such a way that it sent a signal to the brain stopping bodily functions, thereby abridging his freedom of expression.
