This just in from (I assume) confused nms users.
hello we were wondering who you are and why you are on our web site and are you the reason our submit forms are not comming through to us in the mail our web master has no idea who you are and neither do we if i do not hear from you like real soon we will be reporting you
I'm guessing that what has happened is that their ISP has upgraded a formmail installation to the nms version and that the installation is somehow broken.
The web site in question seems to be http://www.sweetdesiresclub.com/ but don't try visiting it unless you have a recent version of IE. There's some really lame browser detection Javascript that gets stuck in a infinite loop telling you to "upgrade" your browser. I had to kill Firefox to get out of it.
