Yesterday I finally got round to uploading a new version of WWW::Shorten - the distribution I inherited from Iain Truskett following his death - but I did it wrong and it's now broken. It's the first time I've built a distribution that includes a signature and... er... well basically I didn't know what I was doing.
So you'll get test failures as the signature doesn't match.
Also some of the shortening sites Iain was using seem to have closed down in the year or so since he released his last version. So there are other test failures there too.
I'll fix them all tonight. In the meantime... well just don't go shortinging URLs :)
