This is deeply scary.
Some examples:
Perl and CGI are extensions of HTML that add extra accessibility to web pages.
or
Perl and CGI are comparable to one another. They both have most of the same functionality.
And that's without even looking at any of the code (which is, of course, horrible).
At home, I have a 300 Mhz pentium equivlent with 33.6 modem 4 gig hard drive and 32 megs RAM, and also a 150 Mhz 32 megs RAM computer downstairs.
I have a PII 400 Mhz composite computer, and on it, I use Corel Wordperfect 8.0 and Paint Shop Pro 5.0 frequently...

Well yeah, but it's still nasty stuff and people are obviously coming across it. I tried emailing both the webmaster and the contact address on the site but both addresses bounced back.
Looks like the domain is now owned by Oracle. They probably don't even know the content is there.

It's still active, from the looks of the homepage. The Terms of Use link to "thinkquest.ww@oracle.com" to contact them, don't know if that's one of the ones you tried or not.
Well, not really...
I would say that the really scary part is the test area... Luckily, that part of the site is too old, and my nice little print "$^X $] $^O\n"; didn't work.

2. Counters
3. Feedback forms
4. Custom homepages
5. Login and passwords
6. Message boards
Funny, I've hardly done any of those things with Perl.
