Birmingham.pm have invited me to speak to them. I'm going up for their technical meeting next week. I asked them to choose which talk they wanted me to give and they've chosen two. They want me to give my recent introduction to overloading talk but, perhaps more interestingly, they've also asked to hear Perl For The People. That talk was written in 2001 and I haven't given it since YAPC::Europe in Amsterdam. It'll be interesting to dig it out again. I wonder how out of date it it.
