I seem to be slowly being drawn back in comp.lang.perl.misc. This is a Bad Thing.
And in other news, I heard this morning that my proposal for a tutorial at the O'Reilly Bioinformatics conference has been turned down. This makes it very unlikely that I'll be going.
Anyone want to buy a slightly used copy of the Bioinformatics book?
