Some of you might have subscribed to the svg-developers list in the past, only to run away when discovering the appalling level of the discussions that went on there.
Creating a new list has often been a topic of discussion between Antoine and I. He eventually asked ILOG to take care of that, which they did! So we now have a new list: svg-coders. It's meant to be a higher-level list, with moderation for people that think they can go to a list for idle talk and technically unsound advice such as A.W., T.R., R.d.B., or other frequent offenders on svg-dev.
There are two ways to join: either on the web or by sending an empty message with "subscribe" in the body to svg-coders-request@svg.ilog.fr.
