Last night's party went very well, with lots of people having fun together until late in the night, lots of drinks, and myself actually not so drunk (I think I'm starting to grow immune to alcohol).
Lots of things happened, lots of people met, in short: it was a very good party, only obscured by the fact that one laptop was stolen, and that there thus must have been a serious bastard around (a lot of pictures were taken so chances are that the said bastard is in for serious trouble).
It's a pity that some people I know in the Perl world couldn't turn up (due to ridiculous considerations about the size of the Atlantic, or even of the Channel). By the next party, we hope to have installed webcams all over the office so that those people can at least drop by and wave :-)
