Following Jarkko's Zen of C*AN, I've been wondering if the same sort of document could be created for monger groups. I've been thinking about having a similar structure for the SVG community, so that it would have its own geographical web of people to rely on for evangelism, technical knowledge, and beer.
Any ideas?
