I've been making espresso for a couple days with my new machine and I finally realized why my shots don't taste that great. I don't have a tamper! I found one that sounds interesting, but I can't find a reseller. Patent issues aside, it seems like a very nice little tamper. Their instructions on making a good shot are nice too. Now, I need a grinder as well, but the one at the local Wal*Mart will work for the time being. But when I get one I can order beans for fresh delivery. Exciting.
