Bringing the espresso machine from home to the office was a good idea. Having a triple shot first thing in the morning was not a good idea, especially on an empty stomach. I'm very jumpy right now. I have given up espresso because of the lack of good stuff near me. My body is not adjusting as well as I expected. The problem is that I don't feel energized, I feel frantic. Concentration is hard.
I do not envy the downer I will have later.
