Today I gave a talk. I had too much material. An insane amount of material for the amount of time I had. This is sad because I spent hours writing it to only get about 66% through. I'm pleased with the results because some folks still wanted to hear the rest in the hallway. I'm glad about that.
I feel less concerned about the material I have for my other talks.
