My younger sister graduated high school a few days ago. During the commencement, the chorus sang "We are one." I don't really know what that song was about because I got to thinking what I'd want to hear if it were me. My choice would have been "We're not Gonna Take It" by Twisted Sister. Thankfully, I think I've matured past that.
In other news, I'm going to try and get a spot to speak at my youngest sisters graduation in 2004. Considering I barely made it out of high school in 1998, I think I've learned a few lessons since then that I can spew out to unknowing young adults.
We'll see how that goes, since they usually choose someone who is only successful localy. Almost noone remembers me around here.
