I like this book. Just got into it, realized my company does everything wrong, according to this book. My boss is making it required reading of me and I'm fine with that, problem is this book is directed to him and as such it's fortifying certain opinions I have on his lead style. Good or bad?
If I could only get him to focus on the positive... and get us both new TiBooks to replace our meager performing Omnibooks.
