Evelina has her tonsilectomy today. I'm nervous.
I'll keep you posted on her status. To review, her sleep apnea and difficulty eating have lead to stunted development. She's a 25 pound three year old. That's not horrible, but it's very tiny. She's strong and athletic so there aren't any worries with that. But she does stop breathing at night. Apparently enough to get the surgery now.
It's generally a minor procedure but due to her age and size she'll be in the hospital a few days. That leaves me and my son home alone in the evenings without the girls (Evelina and Mom). I think we'll have a kegger. Just kidding.
