Just days after her second birthday, Evelina was caught counting to ten on her own. We've counted to fifty together, where I prompt her, but she's never been past three on her own till now. Chastity tells me that she can count to three in Spanish on her own, too.
Apparently she also really enjoys doing the ABCs because Chastity also shows her the ASL for each letter. Evelina asks Chastity "Say ABCs?" while wiggling her fingers franticly. We're working on three languages right now, at her pace and interest, and it seems to be working out.
