Last night Chastity and I went to a benefit dinner for the Alle-Kiski Area HOPE Center (http://www.akhopecenter.org), a organization that provides help for domestic violence victims. We've both had difficult childhoods and feel the HOPE center is doing great work in our community.
It was an interesting evening marked by entertaining talks by Sally Wiggin (http://www.thepittsburghchannel.com/wtae/301775/detail.html), and Jim O'Brien (Pittsburgh Sports Historian). I was impressed, and the food was great.
