Today I woke up with my contacts in my eyes. I slept in them. My eyes were blurry because they were tired, so I decided I'll wear my glasses today and give them a break. I sit down to take out my contacts, but I can't. That wouldn't stop me, I kept working on my right eye till I couldn't open it anymore.
Ok, time to go see a doctor about this. When I get there I explain the problem and he takes a look. "I can't see them," he says. "No, they're in there, I've been moving them all morning but I can't get them out." Frustrated, I show him my empty contact lens case.
Boggle.
The prognosis? Foreign object in eye: finger. Severe irritation to cornea, no scratching.
