Today I sent the handouts for my ApacheCon talk, all 16 pages. I'm beginning to think I've got too much material for an hour. Even so, it's probably better that way. In reality, 16 pages is probably not too bad. I'll find out in a couple weeks when I give the talk at work for further prep. I'm starting to get excited about Yet Another Conference, and I think my talk will be fun. I'm told I'll get a lapel microphone, can't go wrong with that.
