SPF BOF

SPF is really cool. Meng Wong and the rest of the pobox.com team have hit the nail on the head for proative spam protection. The BOF was good, dispite the somewhat random beating I recieved with pool noodles (floatation devices). Lots of topics were discussed from liability for bouncing mail from huge companies with deep pockets, to the best approach for acceptance. The concensus was that the first implementation wins. There are several proposed solutions to the spam mail forging problem, but SPF is clearly the least intrusive alternative with capital gains.

They really need someone to write the C library, someone should volunteer, or there should be an SPF hacking BOF later in the week. Any ideas on time and day?
