Well, the basics of the server are complete. I've got a new POE Filter which subclasses POE::Filter::Line. Thanks to Source Forge shutting down anonymous CVS access I'm waiting around for a chance to get the latest sources to make a much needed patch on POE::Component::Server::TCP.
Also, (to give it away), I've started analyzing the postfix smtpd implementation to get an idea of how to move forward. Too much fun.
