First, some random thoughts:
* Lordi++ # and not just the eurovision song
* POE++
* (Writing a blog in Portuguese)++
And now, some things that have happened lately:
* I became the leader of Lisbon.pm
* I tought part of a Perl course for Beginners, in Oporto; it was a nice experience
* I signed a contract to write a book
* We're in the final steps of creating the APPP (the Portuguese Association of Perl Programmers); I'm going to be the president; the whole team is comprised of 9 people; more on that soon, stay tuned
Oh, and Lisbon.pm is having another tech meeting on June 8th. More on that soon, too :-)
On a side note: it's really cool to do part of a very big and important project and realize that your part is the only one with no bugs reported and that was delivered in time, with tests and documentation! When this is over, this might as well become a Perl success story :-) Who do I contact to do that? :-)
