For the record, it's now been two weeks we've been without internet.
They claim we didn't pay a bill, a while ago (apparently one of the firsts). We have now done that and we asked for another copy of all the bills we were, supposedly, sent so far.
I, for one, know that I'm the one who checks the mail. If the bill got to us, it was probably taken care of...
For now, we're waiting to have access again (24 to 48 hours, they say).
