It's making strange noises; I assume it's a case of "bad contactus" :-)
The thing is composed by two cables, joining together, one of which (the one that connects to the laptop) has a power adaptor. By twisting the connection between the two cables, I can get it to work fine.
The strange thing is that I have no problem with it at home... just at work... which made me think that the problem might have something to do with the fact of me having the adaptor in a desk while at work and on the floor while at home (you see, the cable goes from the desk to the floor, so I suspect on gravity).
I stopped messing with the cable for a while, as it started to smell like something had burned out inside it... :-|
I'll try again in about an hour...
If I don't get back... you know what happened :-|
