A week ago, I would get up around 10:00 and go to work after 10:30; eventually, I would only go home around 20:00 and then I would go to bed sometime after 02:00...
I am now in the process of changing these habits...
Last few days I got up around 08:00, got to work before 09:00, left around 18:30 and went to bed around midnight (usually to read a good book for a while)...
Being sleepy as I am now, I wonder if I'll be able to keep this up... :-)
