Today I had to fiddle with some of the emails that our order processing system sends out every night, and it made me realize how glad I am that I started switching everything over to use Text::Template a while back. The earlier stuff that I inherited all uses Text::BasicTemplate. I don't have anything bad to say about Text::BasicTemplate. I've corresponded with it author, and he's a nice chap. But for my money, T::T is the boss.
