I have a habit of speeding through assignments, especially if I feel they're fairly simple.
I should have realized that this would result in stupid errors, and slowed myself. Just got an email back from the professor that three of my homeworks have significant errors, but if I fix them and resubmit, I can get full credit on them.
Lucky me. :)
