In desperation, I'm taking a short break from hacking Perl programs...in order to try to learn more C++.
I know, that kind of defies the definition of 'break', but...
I reinstalled GPP on my system, and man, did that feel good. Getting a non-broken make installed on my system felt pretty good too, and I suspect I'll have a better shot at installing Perl modules from here on out.
Also installed Flex and Bison, because I've always wanted to try to learn to use them to some degree.
I've been ill for a couple days, but the process of regurgitation was not fresh enough in my memory to prevent the unwise decision of getting crab rangoon from the local chinese place. Good thing I have some Pepto with me. :\
