I heard from someone who knows someone who knows someone who started working at the Indian Island School after I left that Matriarch (and the underlying utility Censoraid, it seems) is still in use and being updated. Apparently this person saw my name in it somewhere. I gotta admit, this made my day when I heard it. I've always wanted to write something and find out it's good enough to work for a while. :)
I'm writing a mini-utility, a thing that will take my naked txt novel and wrap it in a little bit of HTML formatting for prettiness' sake. I shouldn't, because it's making my wrists get a false sense of security, but I am. It feels pretty good, because I'm pretty sure I can bang it out quick and make it work.
