Post-conference is always a good time to think about things to do, because you usually get some good ideas at the conference. In my case, YAPC being over is also helpful because I get a life back.
So here's my initial list:
* Start to collect details on Intellectual Property agreements and how companies deal with it. Specifically, how do the friends of open source deal with this (Ticketmaster, Fotango, etc.)
* Start working with Kevin M. and Jeff B. on a conference module to help the next YAPC group. Maybe Conference::Toolkit?
* Post here once in a while.
* Hang around my house. :)

One of the goals of the new "Support for National Perl Workshops"-Commitee is to find a tool for all (European) YAPCs and Workshops. So if you're interested in joining those efforts, drop me a mail: domm AT zsi.at
