They are supporting spyware.
Given that spyware is quickly becoming the worst support problem for computers, destabilizing millions of machines, and disrupting businesses worldwide, I don't take this lightly.
I'm therefore going to boycott them, and ask my friends and family to do likewise. I've already written them to inform them that I won't be doing business with them, and why.

I'm not sure if we still receive it; I'll have to check, but they've already got a small sum of money from me, and I've got a freezer full of Gevalia coffee.
I mentioned Gevalia and their "free coffee maker" introductory offer to a friend, and he said "Yeah, but don't you get stuck in one of those evil cycles?", I said "Yes, but it's good coffee..". If and when I run out, I'll have to switch to Trader Joe's unless Gevalia changes their ways and makes amends.
