That's not just Outlook. Or even a pure Windows feature. I often use a management card to get access to the console of a piece of headless equipment. The console is displayed in a window. I need to boot that box often (because I'm developing its boot procedure), and during each boot, the console grabs the focus not once, not twice, but three times. And that's on Linux.

I know what you mean!

I used to have a program on my Windows machine that stopped this problem; I've searched for the darned thing and I can't come up with the installation file or the name of it.
