The Schwartz Factor is going down

Graham Barr uploaded new versions of some of his stuff, and boy are they big! That means that the effective size of CPAN stays the same, but the real size increases. The Schwartz Factor is now updated daily on Perl At A Glance.

In other news, rumor has it that CPAN is going to be nice to the Ruby community and save the Ruby Application Archive from the fate of the Vaults of Parwhateverobscurity. Rael Dornfest said something to me about it tonight when we were talking about Ruby---maybe something Simon Cozens is doing. (and, by the way, who was talking about me at the Ruby Conference? Whatever it is I didn't do it).
