I ran across Carl Crazens's review of YAPC::NA::Houston and found it just the sort of good review that gets other people interested in Perl. It's just a man-on-street talking about what he likes and how he liked the conference rather than someone like me, who you can count on to say nice things about Perl.

What I found interesting was that he went because his wife wanted to go. She has all the perl books, but he never much looked at them.
