I was poking around Amazon today and noticed that they are taking pre-orders for Intermediate Perl, although it apparently doesn't have the cover art for it yet. The O'Reilly catalog, which has the cover art, says it will be out in March.
Remember, they make great Easter Basket gifts (since we're going to miss Presidents Day, I think).
