On The Perl Review website I've put up an interview with Mark Jason Dominus about his new book, Higher Order Perl.
If you haven't bought this book, you should get in line. It's the Harry Potter of Perl books, both in terms of magic and demand. :)
Hard Core
Working my way through the book and it is awesome. However, this comment is about the interview and how Dominus is still hard core anti-amazon. He does have some convictions and isn't afraid to stand by them.
Did I mention (along with everyone else) how good this book is? It was worth the wait. While I was on the mailing list it didn't prepare me for how thought provoking this book is. I guess I wasn't paying as close attention as I should have.

Lemme just say that this interview made me step away from desk and walk straight to my bookstore and purchase this book.
