One of the advantages of being a military police is that I get to work the MP station periodically, and since MP stations do normal police things like file reports and check NCIC and so on, the station has internet access. As long as I don't abuse the system, I can send the occassional (weekly) email.
I just notice a rather newbie major security hole in a government computer system. People still pass passwords in the query string. Randal---remind me to talk to you about approaching the Army for one of our security courses. ;)
