Both Underworld and Deep Dish have a recent song with the title "Dub Shepherd". I don't know why, and no, it's definitely not the same song. I wonder what either of them means by this. (Underworld's track is on the first of the 3 recent Riverrun downloads; Deep Dish' track is on "George Is On".)
I know "dub" as a subgenre of reggae, with slow, eternally spun out, mostly instrumental tracks built around drums and bass, and thick layers of echo. I wonder if there's a connection.
