Well I didn't realise there was such as strong connection between the two main YAPCs this year. Apparently Chicago and Birmingham are sister cities. There's even a big sign that has gone up by the Cathedral in Brum to advertise the fact.
So I wonder who are the twinned cities to be hosting the events next year?
