CPAN Testers Statistics

barbie on 2005-10-14T16:32:47

I promised to sort this out for last month, following my presentation at YAPC::Europe, but it took a little longer to get my act together. But now, to be updated once a month, I bring you .... the completely trivial CPAN Testers Statistics page.

I shall eventually tidy up the presentation a bit when i have a free moment, or I can persuade someone to do some nice CSS for me ;) Any other suggestions for improvement, let me know.

If you notice that I haven't mapped an email address to the actual person (and PAUSE id), please let me know the correct person. There are several people who have submitted reports as Root or Charlie, which has made the mapping a little difficult.

In the meantime enjoy :)

Tester name...

Hi! Very cool page, though it would be nice if it were split up (or had a table of contents at least) -- regardless, great job.

My test reports haved been filed as cpansmoke at alternation.net -- Brian Cassidy (BRICAS).

Thanks for the update, will sort that out next week. I do plan to have the lists better indexed, but this is the temporary page just to get everything online.

Lies, Damn Lies and Statistics

Well, catchy title, but what i really meant to say is:

a) Dude, cool!
b) Thanks for giving me content for an extra slide for next weeks CPANPLUS presentation at EURO Oscon!

Thank you, and you're welcome. I'll get around to including some facts and figures such as the distribution with most passes or testers with highest coverage of platforms and perls at some point too.
