Nicole's gran passed away yesterday evening. This morning we had to try and explain to DanDan why he couldn't see his 'Nanny Nanny' again. It's not an easy task to explain it to a 3 year old. I suspect he'll be asking questions for a while, but I think he'll cope. It will be Nicole's mom who is going to feel it the most.
The whole family are planning to come over for the funeral, so it's going to be a big occasion. Being an Irish family, it's going to be quite a celebration of her life. A grand farewell for a very grand lady.
