Great to realise the UK wing of Perl Mongers has been going this long. Grand to see it alive, healthy and growing bigger everyday. I've been on list for just over 3 years now, and discovered to my surprise (and Gellyfish's) that I was the third eldest as of last year. How true that is now, I have no idea.
How do you figure out when a pm group started? The submission to Perl Mongers, the first social meeting, the first post to the list or something else? For the first list post Birmingham.pm has another 2 months til their 3rd birthday, but we really celebrate in September as the first social happened then, plus it always falls within a few days of my birthday.
I shall be attending London.pm's 5th birthday party later today. I don't expect to be posting for a few days ;)

We're actually celebrating the anniversary of our first meeting. The mailing list had been going for a few months before that (took us a while to organise our first meeting).
