Day 229: Learning Haskell.

My last talk in Euro OSCON just went live. Despite being rushed to completion at the last minute as usual, it's received surprisingly well.

The slides are available online; all are linked from pugscode.org as well.

Suggestion welcome -- I'm going to present all four of them again in the coming week at Nordic Perl Workshop, and probably again in OSDC Australia, so there are plenty of chances of tuning.

You're coming to OSDC?

Finally get to meet, neat.

But I don't recall reviewing a paper submission for you? Did you submit one?

I look forward to meet you as well. :)

And no, I think I was invited.

Hey Autrijus,

I am planning to be at OSDN as well. Really looking forward to your talk. I am a perl programmer who has done some lisp and scheme and has recently discovered Haskell ! :)

Your XUL-based presentations look great; Can I ask what tool you use to put them together? (or is it hand-coded?) I did some googling but couldn't come up with anything. Could be a neat little haskell project for me ;)

Regards

Dave

Try "view source" on the XUL to see how easy it is. :-) Basically you only need the .xul, .css and .js files; the formatting should be self-explanatory.
