Thanks to Stevan, we have a new banner now:

Other developments today:

  • Ingy shared his evil distributed-version-control based idea of 6PAN with us. We'll see more about that duringthe 2-week-long YAPC::Taipei hackathon.
  • Darren updated Locale::KeyedText to be more perl6-like, ported the tests to perl 6, and wrote a nice summary about it.
  • mugwump made his first commit to fix nnunley's sendmoremoney.p6 code.
  • hcchien moved t/0*.t into t/*/*.t; our test hierarchy is now mostly sane.
  • metaperl updated the junction examples with code from his wonderful slides.
  • I fixed t/op/auto.t by making assignment properly creating MVals.
  • Slice array assignments now work again; thanks to Scillo for pointing out that shuffle.p6 was broken.
  • I have mirrored the .rm video recordings of my PerlChina talk; it is in Mandarin Chinese.

Tomorrow I'll have a talk in Yuan-Ze university (which I still has no slides prepared yet); we'll see how far my JIT-slide-fu can bring me. See you!
