This enables you to do scary things with $SIG{__DIE__} (and __WARN__) like set it only for a single package.
Since $SIG{__DIE__} is pretty much useless as is, people might enjoy this one.
The fact that it works is scary. Richard Dice, on seeing this, though Damian might like this cause it does some weird, crazy things. That's a bad sign ;)
