gah; there's massive packet loss to onion.perl.org which is still hosting the cpan.org and perl.org mail (including the lists). Onion is also hosting jobs.perl.org and nntp.perl.org.
So if you have trouble getting your mail or jobs fix; that's why.
It's seems like a problem with one of the core routers in the colo where the box is. I think people much more important ($$$) than us will be really mad pretty soon, so hopefully the suckers will get it fixed fast. (Okay, it has been ~2 hours already so *fast* it won't be...)
