Several people at OSCON were talking about having ratings and reviews for CPAN modules. There's always endless discussion whether that's a good idea or not, but I figured we won't find out until we try it. :-)
I'm just about done making a site for it. It's built to be integrated with search.cpan.org, so when Graham gets back from vacation I'll nag him to get that done.
I'll make RSS feeds and such for modules and distributions, so authors should be able to follow reviews of their modules if so desired.
